Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the ExpertMoney mobile application, developed and operated by Voinea David Adrian, an independent developer acting as a private individual ("I", "me"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Not financial advice

ExpertMoney is a budgeting and planning tool. It is not a bank, not a broker, and not a regulated financial adviser. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Figures, projections and reports are estimates based on the data you enter and may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions, and you should consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you see in the app.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• One person, one account. Do not share your account with others.

4. Your data is yours

You keep ownership of everything you enter. You grant me only the limited permission needed to store, process and display it back to you, and to operate the features you use. How I handle it is described in my Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and its data at any time from the Profile screen in the app.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Use the app for anything unlawful, or to launder or conceal funds.
• Overload, probe or disrupt my infrastructure, or scrape it automatically.
• Submit content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else's rights.

I may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these rules.

6. Availability

I work to keep the app running, but I do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. I may change, suspend or discontinue features. If I discontinue the service entirely, I will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or financial losses arising from decisions you made using the app. ExpertMoney is provided free of charge, so my total liability to you is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

8. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. If a change is material, I will notify you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use ExpertMoney after that means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Romania, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
